Founder & Managing Partner
Gregg Parise
Gregg leads overall strategy, capital formation, and firm governance. Prior to Moultrie, he co-founded Sweetwater Private Equity, where he served as Managing Partner, and founded Dorado Capital and Calimar Capital. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of three software companies and led two of them through exit. Gregg has spent more than twenty years as a technology investor and operator.
Managing Director
Mack Moran
Mack leads sourcing, underwriting, and portfolio management. He was previously a Principal at Sweetwater Private Equity and has spent more than a decade as a private markets investor and advisor, with earlier M&A advisory roles at PCE Investment Bankers and audit at PwC. Mack is a CFA charterholder and a CPA.
Partner
Hahn Lin
Hahn oversees strategy, underwriting, and structuring new investments. He was previously a Partner at Sweetwater Private Equity and a Partner at Financeable Training. He has spent more than fifteen years as an investor, operator, and advisor, with prior experience at Macquarie, BrightSphere Investment Group, and Palladin Consumer Retail Partners. Hahn is a CFA charterholder.
Chief Financial Officer (Fractional)
George Yeboah
George oversees fund finance, reporting, and controls. He is the founder of Launch Point CFOs and a consulting CFO at CRI CFO Hub, and was previously Chief Accounting Officer at Change Home Mortgage, Controller at Western Asset Mortgage Capital Corp, and Assistant Financial Officer for PIMCO's private equity funds, with earlier roles at Ernst & Young. George has spent more than twenty years in financial accounting and reporting, internal controls, and FP&A. George is a licensed CPA.
